75pak Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and 75pak ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 75pak online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at 75pak.ws and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and related services.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) clicking an "I Agree" or "Accept" checkbox during the registration process; (b) completing the account registration form; (c) making a deposit to your 75pak account; or (d) placing a wager through any 75pak product. Acceptance constitutes a binding contract between you and 75pak from the moment of that action.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with 75pak's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published by 75pak, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by 75pak.

By registering an account on 75pak, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 75pak reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including during the registration process, upon first withdrawal request, or at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Acceptable forms of age verification include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification bearing your photograph and date of birth.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an active 75pak account:

• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 75pak or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a 75pak employee or any of its gaming software providers.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

75pak reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement — whether at registration or discovered at a later date — may result in account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds, and withholding of winnings pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 75pak. Duplicate accounts — defined as more than one account registered to the same individual, regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used — are strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 75pak will close all but the earliest-created account, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the account registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, valid email address, and any other information requested. You must notify 75pak promptly of any changes to your registered details. 75pak bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

75pak operates under a Know Your Customer (KYC) framework as required by its international gaming licence. You may be required to submit identity documents including your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method before your first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large withdrawal requests, or as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 75pak login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 75pak will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 75pak support immediately at [email protected].

75pak accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT TRC-20. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 75pak's discretion. The current list of accepted payment methods is always displayed in your account dashboard.

All deposits are credited to your 75pak wallet in real time or within the processing time displayed for your selected payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown at the time of transaction. 75pak does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 75pak bears no responsibility.

Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT TRC-20 only. Sending any other cryptocurrency to 75pak wallet addresses may result in permanent loss of funds for which 75pak cannot be held liable. Crypto deposits are typically credited following one network confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of crediting are absorbed by the player and are not grounds for dispute.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 75pak account are owned by you lawfully, are free from any criminal origin, and are not proceeds of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. 75pak reserves the right to report suspicious deposit activity to relevant authorities in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed within an average of fifteen (15) minutes. Withdrawals are available around the clock, including weekends and Pakistani public holidays. Processing times may be extended during periods of exceptionally high demand or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawal requests require your account to be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal is released.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account cashier at the time of request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• 75pak reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain threshold amounts.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 75pak does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; crypto network fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount at cost.

75pak reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, self-exclusion violation, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 75pak will notify the player and initiate an investigation. Withdrawals will be released or refused upon conclusion of that investigation.

75pak offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cryptocurrency top-up bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds unless explicitly stated as real money.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 75pak reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting software errors, or coordinated wagering to extract bonus value — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Players who deposit using Bitcoin or USDT TRC-20 receive an automatic 5% top-up on each qualifying crypto deposit. This bonus is credited as bonus funds and is subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount, to be completed within 30 days of credit. Eligible games for wagering requirement completion are displayed in the bonus section of your account dashboard.

All games and betting markets on 75pak are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game or market, as displayed within the relevant game interface or betting section. These product-level rules are supplementary to and consistent with these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the product-level rules shall apply to game-specific disputes, while these Terms govern all account-level matters.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and all other available markets — are subject to settlement rules published in the sportsbook section. 75pak uses real-time data feeds from licensed data providers. In the event of an error in odds publication, 75pak reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account balance.

All casino games on 75pak use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed on-screen. Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, browser crashes, or power failures — that interrupt a game round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. 75pak bears no liability for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

75pak reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or stakes that were published due to a manifest error, including pricing errors, technical glitches, or data feed failures. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors will be treated as engaging in prohibited conduct under Section 8 of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75pak platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person ("mule" activity).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games or poker.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the 75pak platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or replicate any part of the 75pak platform or its data.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 75pak staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the 75pak platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 75pak or its licensed third-party suppliers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of 75pak.

75pak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 75pak.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75pak's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

75pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from or relating to your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if 75pak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

75pak does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events of force majeure may cause temporary service interruptions for which 75pak bears no liability.

75pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion under 75pak's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from 75pak's licensing authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in a fully verified account that has not been subject to bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure in all circumstances.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of 75pak's responsible gaming tools immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. 75pak enforces a minimum age of 21 years without exception and uses CNIC-based age verification to prevent underage access.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and 75pak.

75pak implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and segregated data storage. 75pak does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

75pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 75pak will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 75pak platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact 75pak support to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 75pak holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through 75pak's customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players must first submit a complaint to 75pak's customer support team and allow a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days for the complaint to be investigated and a resolution proposed. This internal complaints procedure is a mandatory prerequisite to any external dispute resolution process.
